For countless years, I poured my heart and soul into my career and tended to everyone else’s needs. All while neglecting my own. It was a pattern that always left me feeling depleted and disconnected (can you relate?).
After my wake-up call, I decided to take a much-needed break and disconnect. For once, I put myself first and prioritized my own well-being. To recharge, recalibrate, and heal every part of myself that had been neglected for far too long.
Initially, my intention was to take only a few months away from my coaching business. But then a few months turned into six. Before I knew it, it unintentionally became a year.
Looking back, I now realize the long break I took, was exactly what I needed. Not only to recover from my unexpected cancer diagnosis. But to also take a break from being a workaholic for over 30 years.
During my break, I made a promise and commitment to myself that I would only come back when I was truly ready.
Fast forward to now… And guess what?!
I’m ready!
I’m ready not only for myself, but for YOU!
Ready to reclaim my passion, my purpose, and pour every ounce of my being into helping women live their best lives.
But as I step forward into this new beginning of my next chapter, there’s something important I need to share with you.
What Shifted for Me…
As you can imagine, the priorities in my life have profoundly shifted. In the midst of my own transformation, I came to the realization. I can no longer authentically guide you on the path to finding love again, as my focus narrowed to the essence of what truly matters in my life.
And so, with these changes in my own life, I’ve made the decision to remove love coaching from my title and dedicate myself solely to Life Coaching for Women Over 50. It’s a decision born out of authenticity. And a deep-seated desire to align my actions with my newfound clarity and purpose in my own life.
My Next Chapter… And What’s Next?
I’m filled with excitement for this next chapter ahead. For the opportunity to empower women like you to seize the moment. To embrace life after 50 with open arms and unwavering determination.
